| Notes: Cabernet that drinks like a shiraz. Blueberry and blackberry overtones hint of the shiraz-like pepper yet still sweet and juicy. Dry, but with little tannins. Finish is much more reminiscent of the qualities of other cabernets. Interesting and drinkable like no many Australian wines. | |
